I was parenting with the tools handed down, by Scottish parents. I got stuck on a repeat cycle, like an old washing machine, of being "a drill sergeant" to my three beautiful children. Know the feeling?
Punishment and praise were my go-to's. I needed more skills for what I was dreaming of for my family. I wanted respectful, confident children who could make good decisions. And stay deeply connected with them and have loving healthy family relationships.
As a busy and often tired, working mum, I started researching and set about changing how I was raising my children. It wasn't easy, doing it alone, and for over 10 years, I've helped others do the same. I think of it like being part of your extended village to raise a child.
I'm here to help, guide, and take you on the journey toward a better way to parent through the science and research of love and logic. It has been around for over 30 years!

Roselyn has been a licensed trainer for Love and Logic for over 10 years. True to her pioneering spirit, she was one of the first Australian licensed facilitators. This has helped shape the EveryParent Playbook Workshops.
